Toyota’s global vehicle output decreases by 6.2 percent in November

Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Corporation has announced that its global vehicle output decreased by 6.2 percent year on year to 869,230 units in November this year, recording downward trend for 10 months in a row. In particular, the company’s domestic output went down by 9.3 percent to 285,761 units, while its overseas output in the given month went down by 4.6 percent to 583,469 units, both year on year.

Toyota’s global vehicle sales amounted to 920,569 units in November, increasing by 1.7 percent year on year.

In the January-November period this year, the company’s global vehicle output was down by 5.2 percent year on year to 8,751,965 units, while its global sales amounted to 9,253,910 units, decreasing by 1.2 percent on year-on-year basis.
