Izhora Pipe Mill, a subsidiary of Russian steel producer Severstal, has passed an inspection audit conducted by the American Petroleum Institute (API).
Experts examined the company's overall quality management system (QMS), confirming its compliance with international standard requirements (ISO 9001:2008, API Spec Q1 8th edition and ISO/TS 29001:2010). The company has also received a license for the right to use the official monogram of the American Petroleum Institute for line pipes made to API 5L and for construction pipes made to API 2B.
