On October 12, Chinese steelmaker Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. (WISCO) issued its steel sales prices for November shipment. The prices of all wire rod have decreased by RMB 50/mt ($8/mt).
Accordingly, the prices of 6.5 mm high grade hard drawing wire rod and 6.5 mm SWRCH22A cold heading wire rod are respectively standing at RMB 3,690/mt ($600/mt) and RMB 3,830/mt ($623/mt). Meanhile, the mill's section steel prices have remained unchanged.
