US plate prices still climbing

SteelOrbis has learned that spot market prices for US domestic plate have jumped once again since our last report a week ago. Current prices are trending in the range of $64-$65 cwt. ($1,411-$1,433/mt or $1,280-$1,300/nt), FOB mill, against a range of $62-$63 cwt.  ($1,367-$1,389/mt or $1,240-$1,260/nt), FOB mill, a week ago.
