The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of the sunset reviews of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on welded large diameter line pipe from Japan and welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China.
The DOC has determined that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on the given products from Japan and China would likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping. The magnitude of the dumping margins likely to prevail are up to 30.8 percent for Japan and 101.1 percent for China.
The subject products are provided for in subheadings 7305.11.10.30, 7305.11.10.60, 7305.11.50.00, 7305.12.10.30, 7305.12.10.60, 7305.12.50.00, 7305.19.10.30. 7305.19.10.60, 7305.19.50.00, 7306.19.10.10, 7306.19.10.50, 7306.19.51.10, and 7306.19.51.50 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
