The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on large diameter welded pipe (welded pipe) from Turkey for the period between May 1, 2024, and April 30, 2025.

The DOC determined that HDM Celik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (HDM Celik) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review. The DOC has determined a weighted-average dumping margin of 1.89 percent for the company.

The review-specific rate for the non-examined company, Cimtas Boru Imalatirai Ticaret Ltd. (Cimtas), is 1.89 percent.

According to the preliminary results, the weighted-average dumping margin was also determined at 1.89 percent, as the DOC received no comments and made no changes from the preliminary results.

The all-others rate is 1.57 percent.
