US DOC begins third review of AD order on standard pipe and stainless wire rod

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) have instituted the third set of sunset reviews of the antidumping (AD) orders on circular welded carbon steel pipe and tube (standard pipe) from Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, and Turkey and the countervailing duty (CVD) order on standard pipe from Turkey.

The DOC and the ITC have also instituted the third sunset review of the AD order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Taiwan.

The DOC and ITC have also instituted the third set of sunset reviews of the ADS orders on welded stainless steel ASTM A-312 pipe from Korea and Taiwan.

Additionally, the US ITC and the US DOC have instituted the third sunset review of the AD order on stainless steel wire rod from India
