US issues preliminary AD review results on circular welded pipe from Thailand

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipe from Thailand.

During the review period from March 1, 2021, to February 28, 2022, Thai Premium Pipe was found to have made sales of the subject products at less than normal value.

The DOC has determined a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.71 percent for the company.
