US issues AD duty on cut-to-length plate from Russia

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced that it has terminated the suspension agreement signed in 2003 regarding the antidumping duty investigation on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Russia.

The estimated weighted-average dumping margins stand at 53.81 percent for Severstal and 185.0 percent for other Russian companies.

The antidumping duties for the country are applicable from August 14.
