The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of the sunset review on the countervailing duty (CVD) order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey.

The DOC found that revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on the given products from Turkey would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of subsidies.

The final subsidy rates are 1.80 percent for Borusan Group, 2.04 percent for Yücel Boru Group, and 4.10 percent Bant Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Erbosan and all other Turkish exporters.

The countervailing duties for Turkey are applicable from April 24 this year.
