US DOC rescinds review of AD order on cut-to-length plate from Germany

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced that it has rescinded the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Germany for the period May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022.

The review was initiated on May 2, 2022. The DOC stated that no shipment of the subject product was imported from Germany during the period.
