Based on affirmative final determinations by the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission (ITC), the DOC is issuing antidumping duty orders on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length (CTL) plate from Brazil, South Africa and Turkey.
On January 19, 2017, the ITC notified the DOC of its affirmative determination that an industry in the United States is materially injured from imports of CTL plate from Brazil, South Africa, and Turkey, and of its determination that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to imports of subject merchandise from Brazil and Turkey that are subject to the DOC’s affirmative critical circumstances findings.
