Turkey's basic metal output up 0.9 percent in Oct from Sept

According to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in October this year Turkey's season and calendar adjusted monthly industrial production decreased by 0.9 percent compared to the previous month, while the calendar adjusted index was up 3.8 percent compared to October 2018.

In October, the index for the production of basic metals in Turkey increased by 0.9 percent month on month and dropped by 3.6 percent year on year.

The index for the production of fabricated metal products in the given month decreased by 2.1 percent month on month and rose by 4.4 percent year on year.
