Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Corporation has announced that it has restarted operations at its 28 lines at its all 14 plants in the country on August 30 following the suspension on August 29 due to a malfunction in the production order system.

The company stated that the malfunction was not caused by a cyberattack and that it will continue to investigate the cause.

The impact of the suspension on production volumes is not clear.
