Aceros mainly produces products for Tier 1 as well as automotive and OEM customers.

The acquisition is anticipated to strengthen Prolamsa's presence in the central region of Mexico and increase its capabilities to serve the automotive industry. For now, the Aceros Cuatro Caminos name will be retained.
