Baogang posts increased outputs for April

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region-based Chinese steelmaker Baotou Iron and Steel (Baogang Group) has announced that it achieved a good performance in production in April of the current year. Accordingly, it produced 812,300 mt of pig iron, 855,800 mt of crude steel and 804,400 mt of finished steel in the month in question, up by 1.41 percent, 4.62 percent and 10.2 percent year on year, respectively.

Meanwhile, Baogang Group exported 88,100 mt of finished steel products in April.
