Baogang Group achieves record outputs in 2011

Inner Mongolia-based Chinese steelmaker Baogang Group has announced that in 2011 it produced 9.7643 million mt of pig iron, 10.2212 million mt of crude steel and 9.6939 million mt of finished steel, all constituting record annual outputs for the company.

The steelmaker had achieved its 2011 crude steel output target of 10.10 million mt by December 27.
