Alleima launches new hydraulic and instrumentation tubing plant in India

Sweden-based specialty steel producer Alleima has announced that it has launched a new hydraulic and instrumentation tubing plant at the Mehsana mill in Gujarat, India, to meet the increasing demand in the country.

The products will have diameters from 1.59 mm to 50 mm.

The new plant is a part of a larger expansion and modernization investment which started in 2017 to increase production of high quality seamless stainless steel and high alloy tubes.
