Ex-central Europe hollow section offers

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that offers from the Czech Republic to France for 20 x 20 - 100 x 100 mm hollow sections of 2-4 mm wall thickness made from S235 grade hot rolled coil (HRC) according to EN 10219 are standing at the level of €600-610/mt ($768-781/mt) CPT on actual weight basis, for shipments in January. This price range indicates an increase of €40/mt ($51/mt) as compared to late December.

In the meantime, offers from Hungary to Slovakia for 20 x 20 - 60 x 60 mm hollow sections of 2-4 mm wall thickness made from S235 JRH grade hot rolled coil (HRC) according to EN 10219 stand at €590-600/mt ($755-768/mt) CPT on actual weight basis, for February shipments. Prices were standing at €565-570/mt CPT in late December.
