On December 21, SteelOrbis reported prices for Indian domestic ferrosilicon (70-75 percent) at INR 85,000-85,700/mt ($1,212-1,222/mt) ex-warehouse.
Sources now inform SteelOrbis that over the past two months offer prices have declined to INR 78,000-79,000/mt ($1,066-1,080/mt) ex-warehouse in the northeast India region. Prices decreased $146/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $142/mt from the top of the same range.
