The US Department of Commerce (DOC) released the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products (CTL plate) from South Korea for the period between February 1, 2024, and January 31, 2025.

The DOC determined that Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd. and Hyundai Steel Company made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period, with weighted-average dumping margins of 1.18 percent and 0.94 percent, respectively.

The preliminary margins were also 1.18 percent for Dongkuk Steel Mill and 0.94 percent for Hyundai Steel, as no interested parties submitted comments on the preliminary determination.
