In December last year, Turkey's rebar export volume increased by 4.3 percent month on month and by 7.7 percent year on year to 383,071 metric tons, according to the data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). The value of these exports totaled $207.76 million, up by 3.8 percent month on month and by 1.8 percent year on year.
In the full year of 2025, Turkey's rebar exports amounted to 4.13 million mt, up 20.6 percent, while the value of these exports increased by 13.2 percent to $2.26 billion, both year on year.

In 2025, Turkey exported 699,962 mt of rebar to Yemen, up 6.9 percent year on year, with Yemen ranking as Turkey's leading rebar export destination, ahead of Romania which received 309,932 mt, up 48 percent in the given period. Romania was followed by Albania with 234,803 mt, up 8.2 percent year on year.
