According to the environmental impact assessment (EIA) process carried out by Turkey’s Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Turkey-based Tosçelik Profil ve Sac Endüstrisi does not need to get an environmental impact approval for its solar power plant project in Osmaniye.

Within the scope of the project with an investment of TRY 6 million ($229,019), a total of 3,296 solar panels will be installed.

The power plant, which will have an installed capacity of 1.78 MWm, will annually produce 2.88 million kWh of electricity to meet the energy need of the company’s spiral pipe plant.
