Turkey’s İsdemir to build solar power plant in Çorum

Turkish steel producer İskenderun Demir ve Çelik AŞ (İsdemir) has begun environmental impact assessment process for the solar power plant project in Çorum.

Within the scope of the project, the company will invest TRY 3.23 million ($124 million) to build 309,096 solar panels.

The power plant, which will be built with a power capacity of 130 MWe, is expected to annually generate 276,752 MWh of energy.
