Russia discontinues quotas on Ukrainian pipe imports

Russia will not extend quotas on imports of Ukrainian pipes into the second half of this year, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has said.

"I have decided not to extend the validity of the quotas for deliveries of Ukrainian tubular products this half, despite several requests regarding this," Medvedev said at a conference held in Chelyabinsk on steel industry development.
