Largo Resources sees vanadium output grow in Q4 at Brazilian site

Toronto-based vanadium producer Largo Resources posted on Tuesday increased production figures for both Q4 and the full year of 2019.

The company said vanadium output in Q4 was 3,001 mt, up from 2,595 mt in Q4 2018. Vanadium production in the full year of 2019 reached 10,577 mt, 7.6 percent up, year-on-year, from 9,830 mt in the full year of 2018.

The company also unveiled production, cost and sales guidance for 2020. Largo said it expects vanadium output in 2020 to reach between 11,750 mt and 12,250 mt. Sales in the full year of 2020 are expected to reach between 9,500 mt to 10,000 mt.
