India’s JSW Steel Limited sees 17% rise in crude steel output in August 2025

India’s JSW Steel Limited achieved a crude steel output of 2.703 million mt in August this year, a rise of 17 percent over the corresponding month of the previous year, according to a company statement on Monday, September 8.

The steelmaker said that crude steel output from its Indian operations came to 2.615 million mt in August, a rise of 16 percent year on year, at a capacity utilization rate of 95 percent.
