Heavy truck sales in China increase by 26 percent in 2025

In December last year, heavy truck sales (including chassis and tractors) in China amounted to 95,000 units, down 16.0 percent month on month, while increasing by 13.0 percent year on year, according to the preliminary data issued by cvworld.cn, a Chinese auto industry information service provider. 

In 2025 overall, heavy truck sales (including chassis and tractors) in China totaled 1.137 million units, the highest level over the past four years, increasing by 26.0 percent year on year.
