Ferroglobe completes acquisition of two Glencore plants in Europe

As reported on November 22 by SteelOrbis, Ferroglobe entered into an agreement with Glencore for the acquisition of two plants, one in Norway and the other in France. Ferroglobe has now received regulatory approvals from various EU countries for the purchase. The new subsidiaries will be named Ferroglobe Mangan Norge and Ferroglobe Manganese France.
