CSC’s steel output increases in February

Taiwan's largest steelmaker China Steel Corporation (CSC) has announced that in February this year its steel production volume totaled 729,286 metric tons, increasing 20.9 percent compared to January and up five percent compared to the same month last year.
     
In February, CSC's sales volume was 682,310 metric tons, up 4.7 percent both on month on month and year on year.

In the month in question, the steelmaker's sales revenues amounted to NTD 16.63 billion ($563.34 million), increasing by 3.8 percent month on month and up 4.6 percent year on year.
