CSC sees decline in steel output in November

Taiwan's largest steelmaker China Steel Corporation (CSC) has announced that in November this year its steel production volume totaled 695,091 metric tons, declining 5.4 percent month on month and 8.2 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
     
In November, CSC's sales volume was 764,761 metric tons, increasing by 4.1 percent as compared to October this year and falling 8.3 percent year on year.

In the month in question, the steelmaker's sales revenues amounted to NTD 19.97 billion ($660.90 million), increasing by 4.2 percent month on month and down 3.08 percent year on year.
