Colombia’s iron and steel export volume up 43.7 percent in January

In January this year, Colombia exported 17,670 mt of ferronickel, up 67.2 percent, with a value of $100.43 million, rising by 71.0 percent, both year on year, as announced by the Colombian National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE).

In the given month, Colombia’s iron and steel export volume totaled 22,603 mt, increasing by 43.7 percent, with a value of $113.67 million, up by 57.3 percent, both on year-on-year basis.
