CCS approves seamless steel tubes produced by Baogang Group

According to Inner Mongolia autonomous region-based Chinese steelmaker Baotou Iron and Steel (Baogang Group), its seamless steel tubes of grade 410 for shipbuilding applications have been approved by the China Classification Society (CCS).

In January this year, Baogang finally produced 410 grade seamless steel tubes for shipbuilding with specifications of 245 mm x 8 mm and 168 mm x 18 mm, following efforts which had lasted two years.
