96 percent of quota used for seamless steel pipe imports to Ukraine

As of June 30, importers of steel pipes to Ukraine used 95.98 percent of their annual quota (up to the end of September 2013) for imports of steel seamless casing and tubing with diameters up to 406.4 mm. For the period from October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013, the quota in question is 17,591 mt. Of this figure, the unused quota volume is 707 mt. In particular, Russia used 99.91 percent of its quota (12,495 mt) for exports of the mentioned products to Ukraine, Austria used 99.24 percent (2,558 mt) of its quota, Poland used 66.34 percent (768 mt) of its quota, Romania used 86.82 percent (191 mt) of its quota, China used 95.68 percent (49 mt) of its quota, while other countries used 100 percent (823 mt) of their quotas.
