US domestic API X-52 line pipe prices still strong despite falling input costs

SteelOrbis has confirmed that US domestic API-X52 line pipe is being offered at approximately $122.50-$130.00 cwt. ($2,701-$2,866/mt or $2,450-$2,600/nt), FOB mill. Prices are still strong, sources note, although current price points are roughly $2.50 cwt. ($55/mt or $50/nt) below mid-December ranges.
