The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of the sunset review of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from China.
The DOC has determined that revocation of the antidumping duty and the countervailing duty orders on OCTG from China would likely to lead to the continuation or reoccurrence of dumping and injury to the US industry.
The weighted-average dumping margins have been set at up to 99.14 percent, while subsidy rates are between 20.90-26.19 percent for certain producers and 23.82 percent for others.
