SteelOrbis has learned that offers given by Russian steel producer MMK to Kazakhstan for carbon steel water and gas welded pipes with 15-159 mm diameter stand at $690-700/mt ex-works, excluding VAT, for shipments in March, up $10/mt as compared to prices for February shipment.
