On April 17, SteelOrbis reported Chinese import met coke (64-65 percent CSR) offers to India at $336-340/mt CFR India or approximately $322-325/mt FOB China.
Sources inform SteelOrbis that offers to India are now at $338-341/mt CFR India or approximately $323-326/mt FOB China. In CFR terms, prices have increased $2/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $1/mt from the top of the same range. Sources note support for met coke offers as coking coal prices firmed up.
