Turkish integrated steel producer Erdemir has announced an update in base prices for some flat products in its new price list issued on May 10. Accordingly, the producer has increased its HRC, CRC, galvanized, plate and tin coil/sheet prices by $50/mt.
The base prices effective for local sales as of May 10, 2010 have been changed as follows:
· Tin coil/sheet products;
Tin sheet................................. from $1,190/mt to $1,240/mt,
Tin coil.....................................from $1,150/mt to $1,200/mt,
· Galvanized products.................. from $820/mt to $870/mt,
· Cold rolled products;
CR annealed............................. from $800/mt to $850/mt,
CR full hard............................... from $780/mt to $830/mt,
· Hot rolled product prices have increased from $720/mt to the following levels;
- 6222, 4222, 6223, 6412 and 6006 grades HR prices
Isdemir delivery base price................. to $760/mt,
Erdemir delivery base price................. to $770/mt,
- Other hot rolled product prices
Isdemir delivery base price................. to $740/mt,
Erdemir delivery base price................ to $750/mt,
· Plate prices ............................... from $800/mt to $850/mt.
Erdemir's last price list was issued on April 1. Before the publication of its new list, Erdemir was selling HRC at the price level of $720/mt, HDG at $820/mt, CRC at $800/mt, plate at $800/mt, tin coil at $1,150/mt and tin sheet at $1,190/mt, all on ex-works basis.
