Erdemir announces new price list for local sales

Turkish integrated steel producer Erdemir announced a new price list on August 12, 2006 and made changes in the prices of its tinplate, hot rolled, cold rolled and galvanized sheets products. In line with the new price list released by Erdemir, the prices of tinplates and galvanized products have been increased by 15-20$/mt, while the prices of hot rolled and cold rolled products have been reduced by 20-30$/mt. The plate prices do not indicate any change. The new base prices effective for local sales as of August 12, 2006 are as follows:
