Zhujiang Steel Pipe receives pipe orders totaling 68,100 mt in Q1

Guangdong Province-based Chinese steel pipe producer Zhujiang Steel Pipe Co. has announced that it received steel pipe orders totaling 68,100 mt in the first quarter of the current year. As of the end of March, total undelivered orders on its books reached 340,000 mt.

In 2011, the steel pipe producer's sales revenues surged to RMB 3.377 billion ($536.29 million), up 100.8 percent year on year, while its net profit totaled RMB 231 million ($36.68 million), up 228.5 percent year on year. In the given year, the company received steel pipe orders totaling 471,600 mt.
