The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has issued final results of the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review of the AD order on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico for the period of review (POR) between September 1, 2023, and August 31, 2024.

The DOC determined that both mandatory respondents made sales of subject merchandise in the United States at less than normal value during the POR. Forza Steel S.A. de C.V. received a final weighted-average dumping margin of 31.23 percent, and Productos Laminados de Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. (Prolamsa) received a margin of 7.45 percent.

Five companies not selected for individual examination, Buffalo Tube, Fortacero, Maquilacero, Perfiles y Herrajes LM, and Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos, were assigned a review-specific rate of 16.84 percent, calculated as the weighted average of the two mandatory respondents' margins.
