US DOC continues AD order on pipe and tube from Taiwan

On Thursday, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that, as a result of the affirmative determinations by the DOC and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) in their respective sunset reviews, the antidumping (AD) order on light-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Taiwan will be continued.
 
Accordingly, this AD order will remain in effect, and the next sunset review will be initiated in five years.

This merchandise is classified under item number 7306.60.50.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
