US cold finished bar exports down 1.2 percent in November from October

According to export data from the US Department of Commerce, US exports of cold finished bar totaled 9,589 mt in November last year, down 1.2 percent from October and down 17.9 percent from November 2023. By value, cold finished bar exports totaled $26.5 million in November, compared to $23.7 million in the previous month and $26.9 million in the same month of 2023.

The US shipped the most cold finished bar to Canada in November with 5,228 mt, compared to 4,734 mt in October and 6,292 mt in November 2023. The other top destination was Mexico with 3,029 mt. There were no other significant destinations (1,000 mt or more) for US cold finished bar in November.
