Coffeyville, Kansas-based structural steel and pipe fabricator Logan and Company, Inc. has announced that it will lease a 4,400-square-foot building in Bartlesville Industrial Park in Oklahoma.

The Bartlesville Development Corporation's Board of Directors has an agreement with Logan for the company to lease the building free of charge of two years.

Logan and Co. plans to build a new factory in Oklahoma in the future, and has been reportedly looking at the land behind the leased building as a possible location. As soon as the company can build the facility, Logan and Co. will hire an additional 50-to-100 workers.
