According to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), in September this year Turkey's season and calendar adjusted monthly industrial production remained stable as compared to the previous month, while the calendar adjusted index was up 2.8 percent compared to September 2014.
In September of the current year, the index for the production of basic metals in Turkey decreased by 3.4 percent month on month and was down 4.3 percent year on year.
The index for the production of fabricated metal products in September increased by 3.1 percent month on month and was up 6.9 percent year on year.
