Turkey starts sunset review on imports of pipe fittings from six countries

According to a statement published in the country’s Official Gazette, Turkey has started a sunset review regarding the antidumping duty (AD) on imports of pipe fittings from Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Indonesia, India and Thailand. The antidumping measures will end this month.

The review was launched upon the complaint made by local Turkish producer Trakya Döküm San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

The final antidumping measures on the given products were imposed in 2006 at $800/mt for China, $400/mt for Brazil and Bulgaria, $253-400/mt for Indonesia, $305-400/mt for India and $147-400/mt for Thailand.

The products in question currently fall under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Number 7307.19.
