Taiwan's iron and steel export value rises 20.4 percent in Jan-Nov

In November this year, the value of Taiwan's iron and steel exports increased by 19.9 percent year on year to $1.53 billion, according to the preliminary statistics issued by Taiwan's Ministry of Finance. In the given month, the country's iron and steel import value totaled $833 million, up 15 percent year on year. 

In the January-November period of the current year, the value of Taiwan's iron and steel exports rose 20.4 percent to $15.75 billion, while the value of the country's imports of iron and steel totaled $8.47 billion, increasing by 19.3 percent, both on year-on year basis.
