South Korea’s new car registrations up 35.4 percent in Jan-Mar 2026

In March this year, South Korea’s new car registrations went up by 24.9 percent month on month and by 34.6 percent year on year to 33,970 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the first three months of this year, South Korean new car registrations advanced by 35.4 percent year on year to 82,120 units.
