In June this year, South Korea’s new car registrations went up by 27.5 percent month on month and by 37.0 percent year on year to 38,059 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).
Meanwhile, in the first half of this year, South Korean new car registrations advanced by 33.2 percent year on year to 184,032 units.
